Day 53 of 2023-Find quiet time

Mid week is always such a busy time but you are also looking forward to the weekend. Find some quiet time to sit and be with yourself even if it is just for a few minutes and focus on your breathing. I am usually up early in the mornings and like to just focus on my breathe before the day begins. Sometimes its just for a couple of mins or sometimes not even a minute but I try to bring to doing a few deep breathes. 

There is so much going on and just being with me in the mornings gives me a sense of security that all is is well right at this moment and now is the only time I have. 

If you can't find quiet time in the mornings, then find the time in the afternoon or evenings. It does not need to be long, just a few minutes will do or how ever long you can spare.
