I have come to realize that if I want to change my whole day, I can focus on just positive thought. Sometimes our minds tend to focus on the things that went wrong, or who upset us but if we can find one thought that is positive, it can improve my whole day and make me feel a lot better.
Thinking about the things that I have like my family, the person who smiled and said hello, or the one that was helpful at work can change my day. I also think how phrases like this to shall pass, I am strong, confident, brave and I know that I will achieve what I want to, I have got this all help change the way I feel which helps to change the day.
So for the weekend and going forward, think one thought that will help you get through the day. One small positive thought. What would that be for you? Reflect and write it down.
