Day 68 of 2023- Sit back

 When its an extremely tough week and you just can't seem to get enough sleep or take care of yourself the way you hope you, you just sit back.

Its a really tough week for me and I have found that just sitting back is helping me get through the week. By sitting back, I don't mean doing nothing and just watching but I sit back and watch myself more. I then take just the task at hand and focus on it. One thing at a time. 

I watch my mood and notice all the feelings that come up. I am super overwhelmed this week but I also know that I need to watch myself. I may need to do a little less self care for today but I also know that I have to be gentle and kind to myself. 

I can't seem to shake off all the things that are on my plate so I say to myself, just do the one thing. I do the one thing and the next all the while watching myself. Not easy but I feel that it has helped me. 

Maybe give it a try and see how things go. Notice and write down how you feel. Does it make a difference?
