Oh the stresses of the day. There are many and people can be difficult. When the day ends, as hard as it is, let it go. I had one of those days today and just looking up at the sky made me feel a lot better. I also took a walk and just being outdoors made a difference.
One of the challenges is not to get caught up in the stress and to find ways to let it go. Find what works for you and before you go to bed, look up at the sky and just remember its vastness.
