Day 78 of 2023-3 goals this week

 For you Sunday, Funday, write down 3 goals that you would like to achieve this week. Could be something simple like a 2 minute meditation or a 5 minute walk. Write down something small that you would like to achieve this week and stick to it. 

Relax this evening, take a few deep breathes and just chill.
