Day 108 of 2024- Note

 Hey Friends!

So I had something happen at work that made me really upset. It was very disturbing to hear from the person that I report to but nevertheless, I believe that one of the ways to help deal with getting upset and angry is to write it down and then tear the paper. 

I usually just text my really good friend or call her once I get calm and just get through the emotions. You need to find a way to get it out and if you can't call a friend then write it down. 

You will get through it. Feel what you feeling and process it. Write it down.
