Hello Friend!
For those of you that work from home, I have found that setting a time to log off really works. If it means setting an alarm clock for yourself to remove your self from work, then do it and it works.
Unless you have something that is truly time sensitive, learn to stop when it is time to stop. You have a life outside of work so turn off your computer and walk away. The work will always be there tomorrow.
