Happy Monday. This week's reminder is not to forget the simple rules of daily living. They are:
Taking care of yourself
Going for a walk
Brushing you teeth 2 or 3 times a day
Flossing
Drinking 8 or more glasses of water a day
Smiling
Being kind
Giving hugs and reminding your love ones how much you love them
Feel free to include and think about others rules for daily living. Its sounds simple but with the busyness of life we do tend to forget. So keep these simple rules in front of you always.
