Day 218 of 2024- Bedtime

 Hey Friends,

We all have different bedtimes and for most of us, as much as we try to get to bed at a certain hour, things come up that can delay that time. 

One thing I found helpful if I know I am going to bed at a later time is to try and get relaxed with deep breathes before that and to change my alarm clock to make up for the time if I can. A lot of times when I go to bed later it truly affects me a lot the next day so I plan in advance for the next day and move my priorities around.

So friends when you have a later bedtime than usual, take the time to make up for the sleep or make sure to make it up sometime during the week.
