So how are you all doing? Truly ask yourself how you are feeling, not just today but overall. Try to name the emotion that you are feeling and write it down. Make a note of how you ae feeling. If you are feeling great well then that's great but if you are not feeling so great, then see if there is anything you can do to uplift yourself.
