Day 31 of 2025- End Of January

Hi Friends,

As we close out January, take some time this weekend to reflect on the past month.

What were your wins?

What moments brought you joy?

Was there anything that surprised you?

What did you discover about yourself?

Can you write 3-5 affirmations to carry forward?

I hope this month has been a success and that you've exceeded your expectations. There are 11 more months in 2025, so let's make it an incredible year.

Have a fantastic Friday and a wonderful weekend!

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 30 of 2025- Meal Prep

Hi Friends,

As part of our ongoing discussion about everyday tasks, one of the most effective strategies I've found is meal prepping on the weekend or earlier in the day for dinner.

I've discovered that keeping dinners simple and planning ahead by buying and prepping ingredients in advance eliminates the guesswork from evening meals. This approach is particularly beneficial if you have children. By preparing meals ahead of time, you can save a considerable amount of time during the week. This means you'll spend less time in the kitchen and more time engaging in other important activities.

What are some of your favorite meal prep tips?

Have a great Thursday!

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 29 of 2025- Make It Easy

 Hi Friends,

For those of you with health goals, remember that incorporating physical activity into your routine can be beneficial. I've found that laying out my gym clothes the night before and changing into them first thing in the morning motivates me to hit the gym.

Even if you prefer going to the gym later in the day, consider laying out not only your gym attire but also your clothes for the day. Choosing your outfit the night before can streamline your morning and reduce stress.

What are your strategies for preparing for the next day?

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 28 of 2025- Making Your Bed

 Hi Friends,

How many of you make your bed as soon as you wake up? I usually do it when I return from the gym.

Making your bed is a simple task that can boost your mood as you go about your day and provide a welcoming sight at the end of it. Incorporating such straightforward habits can significantly influence the tone of your day, and making your bed is a perfect example. This act of tidiness and taking care of your space not only brings a sense of order but also uplifts your spirits.

I understand it might be challenging for some, or perhaps finding time is difficult. However, if you’re looking for a single, manageable step to enhance your daily routine, try making your bed every morning. Observe how it affects your feelings.

Consider jotting down your thoughts as you experiment with this habit.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 26 of 2025- Sunday fun

 Hi Friends,

Happy Sunday.

As I mentioned in my post yesterday, I encourage you to enjoy your weekend. Create a joyful weekend for yourself and don’t wait for someone else to make plans for you.

As you think about the upcoming week, also consider next weekend. In other words, try to plan ahead. More importantly, take time for yourself. Spend some time reading, journaling, or simply enjoying your morning cup of tea. What are some other activities you can do to take care of yourself?

Day 23 of 2025- A Quote

 Hi Friends,

I stumbled upon a quote by Henry David Thoreau that really made me pause and think: 'Aim above morality. Be not simply good; be good for something.'

It's a powerful reminder that being good isn't just about following rules—it’s about making a real difference. It challenges us to ask ourselves: What are we good for? How are we using our goodness to impact the world? I believe it's a call to not just live by standards, but to set them, inspiring others by the meaningful things we do. Let’s chat about how we can put this into action together.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 22 of 2025- Pause

Hi Friends,

How is your work week going? Remember, even if the week is hectic and tasks keep piling up, it's important to take a pause when needed. Step away from your desk for a few minutes, or simply gaze out the window. If the weather permits, step outside and take a few deep breaths.

Every little bit helps, and I hope that these pauses refresh you, giving you more energy to tackle the rest of the day.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 21 of 2025- Push Through

 Hi Friends,

Happy Tuesday! It's another very cold day, and it looks like the chill will continue throughout the week according to the latest forecast. This winter has brought lower than average temperatures, making it a challenge to even step outside.

So, how do you stay motivated during these cold winter months? I know it can be tough to wake up early and head to the gym. Personally, I make a point to get ready as soon as I wake up and drive straight to the gym. It's freezing, but seeing others there and feeling great after my workout makes it all worthwhile.

If it's cold where you are and you're struggling to find motivation, try to push through and think about how good you'll feel afterwards. What are your strategies for staying active and motivated when it's cold?

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 20 of 2025- Oh Its So Cold

 Hi Friends,

It's been incredibly cold here lately, which made me appreciate the simple pleasure of holding a cup of hot water in my hands—it's surprisingly comforting.

Indeed, it's often the small things that bring the most joy, not just occasionally, but consistently. Whether it’s savoring a hot cup of tea or coffee, bundling up in warm clothes and a cozy blanket, or enjoying a soothing hot shower, these everyday delights are treasures we should cherish.

What are some simple pleasures in your life that you cherish?

Day 19 of 2025- Rest Of January

 Hi Friends,

I hope you're taking some time to relax this Sunday.

As I mentioned in my previous post about reflecting on the month, consider how the first half has shaped up and how it might influence the remaining days of January.

Do you need to adjust your goals? Perhaps set a new one? Or maybe you require some support?

Pay attention to your current progress so you can take actionable steps toward achieving your goals.

I hope you're preparing to wrap up the week or have already begun to enjoy your weekend.

Day 16 of 2025- Looking Ahead

 Hi Friends,

We're almost to Friday, and for some of you, it might already be Friday. As you wrap up this week, consider glancing at your calendar for next week to see what's on the horizon.

I know that looking ahead can sometimes be stressful, but try to view it as giving yourself a heads-up so you can mentally prepare for what’s coming. Taking some time this Friday to prepare in advance could make your next week smoother.

It's always better to be prepared than surprised.

Have a fantastic end to your week!

Day 15 of 2025- Watch Something Funny

Hi Friends,

Happy Hump Day!

Today, I want to highlight the power of laughter. It's easy to get caught up in work and let stress accumulate. To help the workday pass more smoothly, consider listening to a comedy show for a few minutes or reading a joke to share a laugh and alleviate some stress.

Research has consistently shown that laughter truly is the best medicine. For example, a study from Loma Linda University found that laughter can lower levels of stress hormones, enhance immune activity, and boost endorphins—the body's natural feel-good chemicals. These effects not only improve our mood but also help reduce pain and support overall health.

We may not always have someone around to make us laugh, so take the initiative to watch something humorous and release that pent-up stress. It's a simple way to boost your mood and feel fantastic.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

I wish you moments of peace and little joys.

I wish you feel energized and appreciated.

Day 13 of 2025- Back To Work

 Hi Friends,

For those of you who took a break at the end of December and recently returned to work, how has the transition been?

Returning to work after the holidays can be challenging, but hopefully, you've managed to establish some routine and structure, feeling rejuvenated as you resume.

Since my return, I've settled back into my usual routines, and it feels wonderful to dive back into work after some time off. While I enjoy a change of scenery, I find that I truly value my daily routines.

Are you reflecting on your routines for this year? We all have those essential patterns we adhere to, and for me, my morning and evening routines vary significantly.

Today, take a moment to think about your routine. Consider how you might enhance it or integrate additional, simpler routines into your day.

Have a great Monday

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 12 of 2025- Relaxing Sunday

 Hi Friends,

I love Sundays. With the snow blanketing the ground and the air crisp and cold, it’s the perfect day to sleep in and have a relaxed "take it easy" day.

I was really proud of myself for allowing myself to sleep in today. Typically, I like to hit the gym on weekends right when it opens at 7:00 AM. That means waking up at 5:30 AM to enjoy my coffee beforehand. Today, though, I woke up early but chose to rest, and I ended up falling back asleep until 7:00 AM, deciding to skip the gym. I've been relaxing all day, regaining my energy after being jet-lagged.

So, I guess the moral of the story is to use your Sundays to take it easy as often as you can. Don't push yourself if you're not feeling up to it, and make Sundays your sacred day to do things that energize and replenish you.

Have a great Sunday!

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 11 of 2025- Its Been Snowing

 Hi Friends,

We've had a lot of snow this week. It's been nice to stay indoors, and the kids have enjoyed a break from school. This morning, I woke up to another couple of inches of snow blanketing the roads. Looking out, I was greeted by complete silence, albeit with a biting cold.

The sight of the snow reminded me to savor these moments and the beauty surrounding us. In a few days, the snow will melt, and the pristine white landscape will disappear until the next snowfall. This cycle of snowing and melting sparked a thought about making wise use of my time. Nature is in constant flux, mirroring the changes around us. During these quiet snow days, take some time to reflect on yourself and whatever thoughts you might have.

Have a great weekend!

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 10 of 2025- More On Intuition

 Hi Friends,

As I went to bed last night, I found myself thinking deeply about intuition. I've begun to trust the feelings that surface and to follow them. For 2025, I aim to further develop and deepen this intuitive sense.

I've always possessed a sense of knowing, and I can recall times in my past when I should have listened more closely to it. Our past decisions can guide us in trusting our intuitions, just as getting enough sleep and spending time alone can. Knowing yourself is crucial; once you do, your awareness sharpens, leading to a stronger sense of that intuitive feeling.

So for 2025, I plan to add more quiet days and spend time alone to help tune into whatever I'm feeling inside. I believe in this intuition and am excited to see where it leads me.

Have you ever had a moment where following your intuition made a significant difference?

Have a great Friday!

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 9 of 2025- Trust Your Intuition

 Hi Friends,

"All great achievements of science must start from intuitive knowledge. I believe in intuition and inspiration… At times I feel certain I am right while not knowing the reason." - Albert Einstein

As we kick off this year, already a week in, I encourage you to trust your intuition. To me, intuition is that feeling of 'just knowing'—it's what feels right.

Don’t ignore your instincts. Whether it’s meeting someone new, interacting with others, or navigating work situations—trust the feelings that arise. Often, we make excuses or doubt our gut feelings, but it's better to take a moment, acknowledge your instincts, and let them guide your next steps.

By paying attention to these intuitive signals, you can make more informed decisions that align with your deepest values and drive you toward more fulfilling outcomes. Trusting your intuition can help you steer clear of harmful situations and embrace opportunities that resonate with your true self.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 8 of 2025-Jet Lag

 Hi Friends,

Jet lag can be quite challenging, lingering for a few days after a long journey across different time zones. If you're returning from your holidays and find yourself battling the fatigue of jet lag, it’s important to take special care of yourself. While it's just a temporary hurdle, jet lag can indeed make you feel miserable and out of sync.

As you work on readjusting to your local time zone, remember to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water, relax your muscles and calm your mind with hot showers at night, and perhaps even consider some light exercise if you feel up to it. Above all, be gentle with yourself and those around you during this adjustment period. With a little time and self-care, you’ll feel like yourself again soon.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 7 of 2025- Quote From Maya Angelou

 Hi Friends,

Here’s another gem from Maya Angelou: 'Today is a beautiful day; I’ve never seen this one before.'

Inspired by her words, I reflect on how this year, fresh and unseen, promises to be just as beautiful. As we journey through it together, let’s embrace each new day with hope, joy, and an unwavering spirit of adventure.

In December, while away with friends, I had a truly adventurous experience, from hiking to bungee jumping. I’ve realized that making this year adventurous is key to braving more in life. What can you do to infuse more adventure into your life?

Wishing you peace and happiness, from my heart to yours!

Day 6 of 2025- Courage

 Hi Friends,

As we welcome the New Year, one thing I’m earnestly seeking is courage. I recently stumbled upon a quote by Susan Sontag that struck a chord with me: "I want to make a New Year’s prayer, not a resolution. I’m praying for courage."

This resonated because it’s about more than just wishing for courage; it’s about truly living it. To me, living courageously means confronting the real truths about my life. Take my job, for example. Acting with courage here means considering a leap toward a new career path, even if it’s outside my comfort zone. It’s about embracing those moments of discomfort that come with growth and change.

As we face this year with all its uncertainties and promises, I’m holding onto this idea of not just thinking about courage but acting on it—making bold choices and stepping bravely into each new challenge. Let’s make this year about more than just surviving; let’s make it about thriving courageously.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours.

Day 5 of 2025-Quote

 Hi Friends,

I wanted to share a powerful quote from Maya Angelou that resonates deeply as we embark on a new year:

"Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better."

This quote serves as a reminder that growth is a continuous journey. We learn from each experience, and as we gain knowledge, we're called to elevate our actions. Let this be a guiding principle as you navigate the challenges and opportunities ahead.

I hope this inspires you as much as it inspires me. Here’s to a year of learning, growing, and doing better.

Wishing you peace and happiness, from my heart to yours.

Day 4 of 2025- Few Words

Hi Friends,

The rest of this year is an open book. Today, I want to offer you some words of encouragement: focus on yourself. Everything you want to achieve begins and ends with you. Remember, no one else can provide that for you. Believe in yourself, and you can accomplish anything.

Day 3 of 2025- Question For You

Hi Friends,

The great thing about a new year is that it offers a blank slate to start with. There are 363 days left to shape your life and your future. So, what are you planning to do with these 363 days for yourself and your life this year? I offer you three words: don't waste it!

Day 2 of 2025-Sticking With Resolutions

 Hi Friends,

I hope you all enjoyed a wonderful holiday season, and perhaps you're still taking some time to relax before diving back into work and your usual routines. As we step into the new year, many of us set resolutions—whether it's to lose weight, improve our health, or achieve new career milestones. The possibilities for both personal and professional goals are boundless, as long as you can stick to them. If you struggled to stick with your resolutions in 2024 or 2023, it might be time to rethink your strategy for sticking to them this year.

While it's easy to make resolutions at the start of the year, sticking with them consistently is the real challenge. The key to sticking with them? Discipline. To me, discipline means sticking to what you say you will do. This level of commitment is something only you can uphold.

So, are you ready to commit to sticking with your resolutions this year? Think about it.

Wishing you peace and happiness, from my heart to yours.

Day 1 of 2025- Happy New Year

 Hi Friends,

Here we are at the start of the New Year. Happy 2025! May this year be filled with lots of laughter, love and joy for all of you.

I hope that all of your wishes come true this year. May you find the strength to keep believing and being strong, keep moving forward even when you feel like you can't.

May you keep believing in yourself and working on yourself. Remember that no matter what happens this year, don't give up on yourself, dreams and aspirations. Go at it alone if you must but with full awareness and acceptance of your environment.

Let this be the year where you focus on your needs and keep the faith that you will always have or will find the right people in your life.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!
