Happy Tuesday! It's another very cold day, and it looks like the chill will continue throughout the week according to the latest forecast. This winter has brought lower than average temperatures, making it a challenge to even step outside.
So, how do you stay motivated during these cold winter months? I know it can be tough to wake up early and head to the gym. Personally, I make a point to get ready as soon as I wake up and drive straight to the gym. It's freezing, but seeing others there and feeling great after my workout makes it all worthwhile.
If it's cold where you are and you're struggling to find motivation, try to push through and think about how good you'll feel afterwards. What are your strategies for staying active and motivated when it's cold?
