Happy Hump Day!

Today, I want to highlight the power of laughter. It's easy to get caught up in work and let stress accumulate. To help the workday pass more smoothly, consider listening to a comedy show for a few minutes or reading a joke to share a laugh and alleviate some stress.

Research has consistently shown that laughter truly is the best medicine. For example, a study from Loma Linda University found that laughter can lower levels of stress hormones, enhance immune activity, and boost endorphins—the body's natural feel-good chemicals. These effects not only improve our mood but also help reduce pain and support overall health. 

We may not always have someone around to make us laugh, so take the initiative to watch something humorous and release that pent-up stress. It's a simple way to boost your mood and feel fantastic.
