Hi Friends,
Today was one of those days when I didn't feel like going to the gym and walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes. However, I managed to make it there and walked for 25 minutes, followed by 10 minutes of stretching. Sometimes, when you don't feel like it, just go for it. It may not be perfect, but it could turn out better than you expected.
