Day 83 of 2025-Monday Stress Relief Tip

Hi Friends,

Hope you're having a good start to the week. Mondays can be tough as you get going, but a great way to end the day is to take a few minutes before you go home or log off to just sit back and take some deep breaths. You can do this any day of the week, but I find Mondays especially stressful, so taking more time to unwind before going home helps set the mindset for the evening and the rest of the week.
