Day 77 of 2025- Focus Tips

Hi Friends,

If you find yourself a little distracted and not focusing on getting your work done, try this: 

  • Take a five-minute break to step away from your workspace. 
  • Go for a short walk, stretch, or simply close your eyes and breathe deeply. This brief pause can reset your mind and increase your concentration when you return to your tasks.
  • Set specific time blocks for focused work.
  • Remove any distractions like your phone, from your work area.
