Day 121 of 2026- April End

 Hi Friends,

Welcome to the end of our fourth month, April. Here are some month-end reflections for you.

What stood out to you this month?

Is there anything you need to start or end before tomorrow?

How are you feeling with another month coming to a close?

Take a moment to answer these honestly. They are pretty heavy questions, but they can lead to important insights.

I hope you had a great month.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 120 of 2026- A Thought On Mid Year Review

 Hi Friends,

When does a mid-year performance check-in become useful? When it truly allows the performer to speak and talk about their goals. When it’s the other way around, with the manager doing most of the talking and giving feedback, which is helpful, but not something that should take up over half the call, it signals something else.

What can you do in this situation? When you notice you’re not speaking as much, speak up and get your points across. Sometimes we try to be professional and avoid interrupting, but this is about you. You can still be professional and step in. Don’t stay quiet. Even if you don’t get through all your points, make a note of it for next time and be intentional about speaking up.

The mid-year check-in is about you and your highlights, not the other person. Your direction.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 119 of 2026- My Craving

 Hi Friends,

I had a craving for lamb a couple of weeks ago. Not just a passing thought, but one that stayed.

I tried a few other places, thinking maybe something close would do. It didn’t. Nothing quite matched what I had in mind and the craving didn’t go away.

So today, I finally made the drive to my favorite spot and ordered that lamb dish I’d been thinking about. And it was worth it.

It made me think how often we try to substitute what we really want with something more convenient. Something closer and easier.

But sometimes, it’s okay to go for exactly what you had in mind.

Craving or not, maybe there are things you don’t need to keep putting off.

Sometimes, you just go.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 118 of 2026- Almost End Of April

 Hi Friends,

As we approach the end of April, there are still a few days left. Just enough time to pause and take a look at what you had hoped to begin this month.

Maybe it was a project you kept thinking about. Something at work or home. Something just for you.

If it hasn’t started yet, that’s okay. The month isn’t over. Ask yourself: where can I begin, even in a small way? What is one step I can take before April closes? It doesn’t have to be perfect or complete. It just has to begin.

Sometimes progress isn’t about having more time. It’s about choosing to use the time that’s still here.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 117 of 2026-Inspirit

 Hi Friends,

Today I learned a new word: inspirit. It means to encourage or enliven someone.

Isn’t that a beautiful way to move through the day? To bring a little more energy, a little more light, not just for yourself, but for the people around you. It doesn’t have to be big. A kind word, a quick message, even a smile can shift someone’s moment.

Maybe that’s enough for today. Just to inspirit, in whatever small way you can.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 116 of 2026- Own It

 Hi Friends,

A nice rainy day to stay in and watch TV, or whatever else you like to fill your time with. As I was reading, I came across this quote:

“Whatever happens to you belongs to you. Make it yours.” — Cheryl Strayed

Simple, but it makes you pause. Not everything that happens is something we would choose, but it still becomes part of our story. The moment you stop pushing it away and start owning it, something shifts quietly, but clearly.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 115 of 2026- A Lighter Friday

 Hi Friends,

Fridays have a different kind of energy, a feeling of lightness. The work feels lighter and conversations a little easier. We can exhale and not carry everything so tightly. But what if we can choose to feel like that everyday? I believe we can and that's something for you to reflect about.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 114 of 2026- Don't Wait

 Hi Friends,

Napoleon Hill once said: “Don’t wait. The time will never be just right.”

These two words, I try to remember every single day because it’s true. We don’t need to wait, and a lot of us think we do.

Make it your motto. Don’t wait.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 113 of 2026- Hump Day

 Hi Friends,

“The sun just touched the morning; the morning, happy thing, supposed that he had come to dwell.”
-Emily Dickinson

I like how simple this feels. The sun shows up, just for a moment, and the morning takes it as something lasting. Like it might stay. Enjoy this moment as it is, that's enough.

Have a great Wendesday!

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 112 of 2026- Getting Things Done

 Hi Friends,

It's Tuesday and I feel more settled. Monday has its own energy. You’re getting back into things, figuring out where to start. But by Tuesday, the noise fades a bit.

You know what needs to get done. And you just get to it.

I am just doing steady work with more focus and clarity. Things move forward on days like Tuesday.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 111 of 2026- Mondays Rhythm

 Hi Friends,

I like Mondays. I may be among the few who actually like Mondays. I feel that there is structure around Mondays. Not that other days don’t have structure, but Monday’s structure feels different. Like a force of its own telling you to get it together and get going. I like that structure.

Weekends are great for being a little lazy and unstructured, and we all need that. But Monday is different. It’s saying, get with it but not in a harsh way. It's getting back to rhythm.

And there’s something about that rhythm that feels right to me.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 110 of 2026- Catching Up On Sleep

 Hi Friends,

There are many times when getting the right amount of sleep can be really hard for a variety of reasons.

Today, I want to remind you to find time to catch up on your sleep. If you need to, take a morning nap to help, but get to bed early and catch up on your rest. It makes a world of difference.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 109 of 2026- Getting Things Done

 Hi Friends,

“It’s amazing how much you can get if you quietly, clearly, and authoritatively demand it.”
~ Meryl Streep

Most people get this wrong. They think getting what they want requires more effort, more talking, more pushing. To me it requires clarity.

Saturday is where this shows up. You have groceries to pick up, errands to run, things around the house that need attention. Nothing complicated, just the stuff that piles up when you don’t decide.

When there’s no clarity, the day slips. You start one thing, get distracted, circle back later, and by the end of the day it feels like you were busy but nothing actually moved.

When you’re clear, you decide what gets done and you follow through. No overthinking or negotiating. It’s the difference between hoping the day works out and making it work. Sometimes the shift is that simple. Decide, and move like you mean it.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 108 of 2026- Happy Friday

 Hi Friends,

The week went by fast, like it usually does. It’s easy to rush into the weekend without really thinking about what just happened.

Before you fully switch modes, take a second to reflect.

What did you handle well this week?
What felt harder than expected?
What do you want to carry into next week, and what do you want to leave behind?

A little awareness now can make a difference later.

Enjoy the break.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 107 of 2026- Grateful For Weather

 Hi Friends,

Today was one of those days where the weather just felt right. Not too cold, not too hot. Just calm.

It’s easy to overlook something like that because it seems small, but it can completely change how the day feels. A little sunlight or fresh air can shift your mood more than you expect.

Sometimes we’re so focused on what’s next that we miss what’s already good. Today felt like a reminder to slow down for a second and notice it.

Nothing big, just something simple to be grateful for.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 106 of 2026- Mid Month

 Hi Friends,

We’re halfway through the month.

It’s a good time to pause for a second and check in, not just keep moving forward on autopilot. Time moves whether we pay attention or not.

A few questions to think about:

How is this month actually going for you so far?
What has gone better than you expected?
What would you still like to change before the month ends?

There’s still time to adjust. Small shifts now can change how the rest of the month looks.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 105 of 2026- A Quote

 Hi Friends,

“Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood.”- Marie Curie

This quote always makes me pause. A lot of the things we avoid or stress about usually come from not fully understanding them. Whether it’s school, a decision, or something uncertain, fear tends to fill in the gaps where knowledge is missing.

I’ve noticed that when I take time to actually learn or face something, it becomes a lot less intimidating. It doesn’t mean it’s easy, but it becomes manageable.

Maybe the goal isn’t to eliminate fear, but to replace it with understanding.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 104 of 2026- A Gentle Reminder

 Hi Friends,

I came across this quote today: “The most difficult times for many of us are the ones we give ourselves.” -Pema Chödrön

So today is a gentle reminder to go easy on yourself, whatever is coming up for you, and cut yourself some slack.

Day 103 of 2026- 3 Reminders

 Hi Friends,

Here are three things to remember this Sunday.

  1. One, rest is primary, not optional.
  2. Two, think about the key things you have coming up next week and prepare as best you can.
  3. Three, remember that it’s all going to be okay.

Now, have a great Sunday and a great week ahead.

Don’t forget to follow me for more than just reminders

Day 102 of 2026- Get Rest

 Hi Friends,

Wisdom is also about knowing when to stop. We hear so much about discipline, consistency, and work ethic. Keep going. Do more. Stay ahead. But Kevin Kelly’s line hits differently: the best work ethic requires a good rest ethic.

When you don’t rest, your thinking gets noisy. You start reacting instead of choosing. You lose the space you need to see things for what they really are.

Rest isn’t something you earn after you’re exhausted. It’s something you build in so you don’t get there in the first place. It’s where your mind settles. Where perspective comes back. Where you reconnect with yourself instead of just moving through the motions.

The question is: Am I resting well enough to show up the way I actually want to?

If this made you pause, follow me.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 101 of 2026- Friday

 Hi Friends,

Happy Friday! For me, it’s a great one since I took the day off just to chill and relax. I’m happy to be having a quiet morning, a great workout, and now just taking my time to write. I, for one, want more of these days, the quiet, the time for me, and doing the things that make me happy.

If you are not able to take days off, find time on the weekends or in between work to do things that make you happy.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

If this resonated with you, come back tomorrow. I write every day.
Or follow this blog so you don’t miss the next one.

Day 100 of 2026-Wow Already

 Hi Friends,

Wow, it’s the 100th day of 2026. Super exciting and encouraging at the same time. It’s exciting because 100 days have gone by, which means new lessons learned and goals reached. It’s encouraging because there are still many days left until the end of the year, and the possibilities are endless.

Think of all that has happened in the last 100 days. There was so much excitement at the start of the year. Maybe you stuck to your resolutions, hit your goals, made new friends, or maybe it’s been rough. Either way, there are always lessons to be learned, no matter how the last 100 days have been.

Now think ahead to the next 100 days. What is that going to look like for you? What do you want to do differently?

You still have time to make this a great and memorable year. Go for it!

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 99 of 2026- A Quote

 Hi Friends,

Today I came across this quote and immediately thought… wow, that is so true:

“The only way to find permanent joy is by embracing the fact that nothing is permanent.”— Martha Beck

At first I had to read it twice. But then it just clicked. Life is always changing. Good days come and go. Tough days do too. Even the little moments we don’t think much about… they pass before we realize it. And somehow, that’s actually comforting.

It reminds me not to hold on too tightly or overthink everything. Just enjoy what’s here right now whether it’s a quiet morning, a good conversation, or even just a small win during the day.

Nothing lasts forever… and maybe that’s what makes it all feel a little more special.

Ah, that is so true.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 98 of 2026- Cool Mornings

 Hi Friends,

Have you noticed the weather lately in your area? Where I am, it has been lovely with cool mornings, warm afternoons, and plenty of sunshine.

It’s easy to move through the day without paying attention, but the weather is always there, quietly shaping how we feel. Whether you like it or not, take a moment to notice it. Step outside. Pause and take it in.

There is something grounding about simply being present with nature.

A small moment of gratitude for what’s already around you can shift your entire day.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 96 of 2026- Waking Up Early

 Hi Friends,

Getting up early on a Sunday can be really hard, but sticking to your routine and having some structure around the weekends can make it more valuable and efficient.

It is easy to think of weekends as a break from everything, but without some intention, the time can pass quickly without much meaning. A small amount of structure does not take away the rest, it actually makes it better. Weekends do not have to be packed with tasks. They just need a little direction.

Sometimes, the difference between feeling refreshed and feeling unprepared for the week ahead is how you choose to begin your Sunday.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 95 of 2026- A Thought

 Hi Friends,

Marcus Aurelius said, “Very little is needed to make a happy life. It is all within yourself.”

Yes, that’s true. And I think one of the key ingredients here is to not constantly compare yourself, to be mindful of how you judge, and to feel secure in who you are.

A lot of times, we feel unhappy because of something someone said, did, or didn’t do. We let those things affect how we feel about our day, and even about ourselves.

But if happiness is really within us, then it means we always have a choice. Instead of looking outward, we can look inward. We can pause and ask ourselves what exactly is bothering us, and why. It’s about how we are interpreting the situation.

When we stop comparing, become more aware of our judgments, and start feeling secure in ourselves, things begin to shift. And we don’t depend so much on others to feel okay.

Always look within and notice what feels off. That’s where the real answer usually is.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 94 of 2026- Friday Motivation

 Hi Friends,

John Irving said, “If you’re lucky enough to find a way of life you love, you have to find the courage to live it.”

Life isn’t easy. Not sometimes, but often. It asks more of you than you expect. It tests your patience, your clarity, and your strength.

But if you’ve found something that feels true to you, something that fits who you are, then you owe it to yourself to pursue it, fully.

Because the harder truth is this: there really isn’t another choice. You either live a life that feels like your own, or you spend your time adjusting to one that doesn’t.

And that might be one of the hardest lessons to accept.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 93 of 2026- Couple Of Hours

 Hi Friends,

Sometimes you just need a little time away, even if it’s just an hour or two in the afternoon.

It’s easy to feel guilty for stepping away, especially when there’s always something else you could be doing. But taking that time isn’t a waste, it’s necessary. It gives you space to think, reset, and come back with more clarity and energy.

You don’t always need a big break or a long vacation. Small moments of pause can make a real difference in how you show up for the rest of your day.

So don’t overthink it. Take the time when you need it, and use it well.

This time is for you.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 92 of 2026- Strategic Questions For April

 Hi Friends,

Happy April. Here are some strategic questions to get you ahead this month:

What actionable steps can you take starting today to end the month strong?

What are your goalposts for the month?

How will you know you are staying on track, and how will you get back on track if you fall off this month?

What self-care techniques can you implement starting this weekend?

Being strategic and taking action is the way forward.

Have a great month!

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!
