Have you noticed the weather lately in your area? Where I am, it has been lovely with cool mornings, warm afternoons, and plenty of sunshine.
It’s easy to move through the day without paying attention, but the weather is always there, quietly shaping how we feel. Whether you like it or not, take a moment to notice it. Step outside. Pause and take it in.
There is something grounding about simply being present with nature.
