 Here is a quote from Anselm Kiefer:

"Ruins, for me, are the beginning. With the debris, you can construct new ideas".

Ruins are the beginning and everything you go through becomes something. Its all on how you choose to see it. You can rise from the ruins and reconstruct yourself.
