Day 235 of 2023- Did you know

 Hey Friends! 

Hope you all are having a great day so far. Did you know the phrase "wear your heart on your sleeve" is commonly used. I have read somewhere that it originated in the middle ages. Its a great reminder to be open and honest about how you feel. 

So wherever you go, just keep reminding yourself to wear your heart on your sleeve and be open and honest always with yourself with everything.
