Day 330 of 2023- Stay Calm

 Hey Friends!

As you approach this holiday season, remember to stay calm. There are a lot of people out and about and a lot of them will be in a hurry and may do things that might irritate you. As you go about enjoying the season just remember to breathe and stay calm. We are all in the same boat just sitting in different directions.
