So I wrote yesterday that work is busy and so is life. We are all busy getting through this life. I noticed today that because my work is so busy, I have been really eating a lot more sugar, specifically milk chocolate.
Its a good thing that I am aware, but its hard to stop. Be aware of your sugar and carb intake if you are having a stressful week. There is nothing wrong with a little piece of chocolate, however, watch the quantity.
The moment I noticed, I ate a small piece and put the rest down. Sometimes it is hard and its okay to give yourself a treat and other times you really just need to muster some willpower to stop when you feel like its getting to much.
So hang in there my friends. I know that I have a few really busy months coming up for me so watching what I am eating will be really key. Hope you do the same.
