Day 69 of 2022-Pre Friday

 Well at least its almost Friday right friends? Yes, this has been a rough week for me and boy am I glad that the weekend is almost here. 

So what is the plan for the weekend? Think about something that you would like to do just for yourself this weekend. It does not need to be anything big but just a little something special. For me, its taking an hour in the afternoon and laying on the sofa reading my book. 

Use your time wisely and do the thing that will help you really relax.

So how can you use this weekend for you? What would that hour or 2 look like for you?
