Friends, letting go is really hard but we really need to think about what the stress and anxiety does to our bodies. if you know you can't control it, then let it go. Every time your mind tries to think about the future, keep repeating to yourself to "Be here now".
Take deep breathes to center yourself and to bring back to the present moment since now is all that we have.
