Martin Luther said "Ultimately a genuine leader is not a searcher for consensus but a molder of consensus".
How do you define what a leader is? This topic can be long but for this short blog, for you, who and what type of qualities are most important for a leader? For me a leadership is a lot of qualities but the one that I want to say here is having empathy, listening and understanding others.
That's what I work on and strive every single day in my personal and professional life.
How do you lead in your own life? You don't need to be a CEO, but you are in charge of your own life. What do you work for everyday?
