One of the best things about working from home, if you're still able to, is the ability to draw a clear line between work and the need for more frequent breaks.
When I start to feel overwhelmed, I can step away for a moment, take a short walk, or listen to some music. That space to reset helps me come back more focused. In a traditional office setting, it’s often harder to just walk away, but working from home makes drawing that line much more manageable.
If working from home isn’t an option for you, try finding small ways in your workday to build in short breaks. Even a few minutes can make a real difference for your mindset and energy.
