Hi Friends,
Mind wandering has really taken over me this week and into the weekend. After noticing how often my focus drifts, I’ve been paying closer attention, not just to where my mind goes but to the constant inner chatter behind it.
It’s easy to treat every thought as urgent or true, but so many just pass through without real purpose. What’s helped is simply noticing them without jumping in, creating a little space between the thought and the reaction.
That space is powerful. It’s where clarity shows up and where we get to choose how we respond instead of being pulled by every passing distraction.
