Hi Friends,
Have you ever noticed that when you are tired and have too much going on, it can affect your ability to remember things, especially as you get older?
I certainly have. I’ve noticed that an overload of information combined with simply getting older has made my brain much more sensitive to mental clutter. When too many things compete for attention, it becomes harder to focus, think clearly, or remember the small details.
So how do I try to manage mental overload?
First, I pause and slow things down. Not everything needs to be solved at once. Taking a moment to step back helps create space for clearer thinking.
Second, I prioritize. When everything feels important, the brain gets overwhelmed. Choosing just one or two key priorities can make a big difference.
Finally, I write things down. Getting thoughts out of my head and onto paper reduces the mental load and helps me stay focused.
Mental clarity is about creating space to think better.
Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!
Peace
Monita
