Good Morning! Hope you all are well. So glad its Thursday. Do you have a phrase, mantra or prayer that you say often? Well, I noticed that there is no one phrase that I have but I need too.
I find it to be useful and comforting in times of stress to have a phrase or prayer as a go to. It will help act an anchor and change your focus. A lot of times, we are ruled by our thoughts and I feel that if we don't reel it in, mentally you can get so out of control and lost.
Having a phrase or prayer can be useful so you are always reciting it or reminding yourself of it. Not saying that it will solve anything but it will help you get back to you.
What is your phrase, mantra or prayer? It can be anything and as long or short as you wish it to be. Keep it in front of you and look at it often. Hope it acts as a guidance and keeps you looking forward.
