Happy Thursday!!! Hope you all are well. For you something to ponder about today, think about smiling. Smile at yourself, strangers, kids or anyone else. Just smile away and feel the good hormones get released.
Its hard to do when you don't feel like it, but all the more important to just smile at yourself. Every time you look in the mirror, smile. Did that change the way you feel? How did smiling at yourself make you feel?
