Good Thursday Morning Friends! How are you feeling this morning. I woke up this morning feeling so much more refreshed. I went for a walk this morning and did my normal routine. It feels so good to be energized and well rested.
I wrote about really feeling exhausted yesterday and on a scale of 1 to 10, I was at a 10, completely feeling wiped out. I can't stress enough the importance of getting the rest you need to let your body recover. Today, I am at a 2, so I am feeling really good. Where are you on the scale today? If you have still feeling very tired, what can you do to catch up on your sleep?
I have been good about keeping myself on a schedule. Are you on a schedule? What does that currently look like? For me, waking up really early, getting my exercise in and doing my other self care routine really helps to set my day. I noticed that if I don't stick to my schedule, I really don't feel like myself and then I end up not sticking to my intentions for the day.
So sticking to my schedule and getting the rest I need is success. Everything else flows much easier for me if I get a good night's rest and do my self care routine.
So for your something to think about today, what schedule do you have in place and if you don't, what can you start doing to get yourself more in a routine? What makes you feel good in the morning? What new habits can you create?
Take sometime and jot somethings down to help you get into a schedule. You may find it works or maybe you just function better without one. The intention is to follow what works best for you.
