Day 210 of 2021-Take some deep breathes today

 Good Morning! Hope your week is going well. For your something to think or do today, try to take as many deep breathes as you can. 

A lot of us just go through the day and forget to truly breath. Deep breathes really help with centering yourself and releasing some of the stress. 

Set a reminder if you need to and when you can just stand up (or sit) and take 3-5 deep breathes. Notice how it makes you feel. Try to do this everyday. I bet you will notice a lot and how deep breathes just makes you feel a lot better and lighter. 

Remember you are worthy and you matter.
