Day 191 of 2021- Nap time

 Good Saturday Afternoon! How are you doing? How is your day so far? So today, if you can, take a nap. I was so tired this morning that I fell asleep at around 10:30am for a short time and then fell asleep this afternoon again. Clearly I needed a nap.

I do not usually take a nap but this afternoon, I just had to. I was so tired that no matter what I did, I would have fallen asleep where ever I was. I really does help to reset and rest your body even if you are not a usual afternoon nap person.

So today think about taking a quick nap and see how you feel. Even if you don't fall asleep, rest your body and just lay down. See how you feel then. 

A nap is just not supposed to be long so set an alarm if you need to. Just an hours rest if you can. Anything more and I usually find myself even more groggy. So take a quick nap and enjoy the rest of your evening.
