Good Sunday Morning! Have you ever planned out how for your upcoming week. When we take sometime to think about what what's coming up for the week, we can be better prepared mentally to face the day.
Spending a good time of time in preparing for the week will help you be more efficient and probably save time in other areas. For example, I like to prepare meals for my family in advance so I don't have to think about it during the week. I also like to look at the calendar in advance to know of upcoming appointments.
Small things like preparing for the week takes so much stress out during the weekdays. What other ways can you think about to prepare for your week? Jot down all the things that you have coming up and see if you can do a lot of the prep in advance to start of the week.
We all have a lot going on and things always come up so just trying to sort out the things you know you have on your plate will help ease into the week. You can do this for yourself, work, family or any areas of your life. Sometimes looking at the list can also make you feel overwhelmed so take it one item at a time. Maybe you can't think about all the meal preps for the week so how about just starting with the first couple of days of the week.
The goal is to just do what you can but definitely think about getting a head start for the week.
