Day 227 of 2021-Mid month review

 Good Sunday Morning! Its time for a mid month reflection and review. Here are some questions to think about:

How is the month going so far?

List at least 5 things that you are grateful for?

What are some of the things or goals that are not being accomplished? What's in the way?

Are you taking time for self-care?

Any vacation plans?

What do you need to do for the next 2 weeks?

Reflecting and reviewing the month will definitely help to point out areas where you need to spend more time on or away from. Always remember to be gentle and kind with yourself. Times are hard so the purpose is not to beat yourself up. Ideally writing your thoughts out will be more helpful but if you can't, just take sometime to sit and reflect over the month. Do whatever works for you.
