Its wellness week at my kids school so like last year, I have decided to make this week all about your wellness challenge.
Today is to focus on gratitude. List 5 things that you are grateful for. Try to think of something that you have not thought about. Maybe, its someone asking you how your day is going or a stranger smiling at you.
Focus on gratitude today and notice how you feel.
