Day 40 of 2022- Wellness Day 3

 Today, the challenge is to find 20mins to read. Yes, some of us are not readers but it can be anything (comics, short stories or articles). Find something to read that interests you. 

A lot of times, we just don't have the time. I am sure we can all find 20mins in a day. Break it up if you need to into smaller chunks of time. 

Reading is really food for the brain and it helps to take your attention to something new. Its a great way to relax at the end of the day so find time to relax and read.
