Day 41 of 2022- Wellness Day 4

 The weather is really nice here in the east coast, so today find sometime to go outdoors and take a few deep breathes. Try to do that 3-4 times today. 

The weather may not be that pleasant where you are but find the time to just take a few breathes. Breathe in for 6, hold for 2 seconds and slowly breathe out. See how you feel after.
