Day 36 of 2022- Happy Saturday

 Your goal or challenge this weekend is every time you find your thoughts spiraling, turn your attention to awareness of why its happening and bring yourself back to the present moment.

Its really hard to do and our mind likes to make up stories but if we catch ourselves, we can change the story. We can change it and that choice is ours only. No one can do that for you so pay attention to the thoughts and switch it. 

Sometimes you may need to stay in it for a little while to understand where its coming from and what patterns are leading you to those thoughts. But don't stay there cause chances are the pattern has shown up before and will continue to do so. Your job is to stay present with it and feel it, but find a way to change it. 

Take some deep breathes and journal if you need to but bring yourself to the present moment.
