Day 46 of 2022-Have a good evening

 What a day! It was a very stressful day and I am still trying to shake the stress of. One of the things that I find helpful is to sit in a quiet place where I know I will not be disturbed and just take a few deep breathes. 

Try to center yourself with just sitting quietly and breathe. See what difference that makes.
