Day 160 of 2022- Are you tired?

Pay attention to how you are feeling. Write it down and name it. You may think you are feeling okay, but what is okay?

Take time everyday to notice and really sink into how your body is feeling. I know that I am tired and my body needs rest so today, rather than pushing myself, I am going to skip the gym, My body also need good fuel to recharge and I need to stay away from coffee. 

Close your eyes and take the time to notice. Then listen and follow through for what your body needs.
