I know a lot of us love to sleep in on the weekends and we should especially if we have had a busy week and feeling tired.
I like to wake up early on weekends. I get an hour or two to myself and seem to get a lot done. Waking up early has been my thing and no matter how late I sleep, my body always wakes me up the same time every morning.
If you never tried to wake up early, try it one time. You may need an alarm but notice if it makes a difference. It does take a little getting to but for me its made a huge difference.
