Day 118 of 2023-Eckhart Tolle quote

 "Only the truth of who you are, if realized, will set you free."- Eckhart Tolle

I guess the quote above means that you really need to spend time with yourself and do a lot of self reflection. Journaling certainly helps with the exercise, quiet time in nature and meditating. Note what the quote above means to you.
