Isn't it true that if you clearly state what the problem or issue is, then you are half way there. I believe that in any work or anything that you are experiencing being able to truly express the feelings, the situation as it is then you are half solving it.
It also goes along with being able define it as is. So this week, your challenge is to truly understand the problem and then clearly state it as it is. The key is understanding it first.
