As I mentioned in my post yesterday to connect and be with nature, one of the things I love to do is open the windows when I drive the car on a beautiful autumn day.
If you are out and about just put on your favorite music and open the windows of your car. Go ahead and sing out aloud! Feel free and just take in the car. It changes your mood completely.
