Happy October! Hope you have a great month. Its a great time of the year with cooler weather. It reminds me of a quote that I recently read by Martin Luther King Jr:
"The time is always ripe to do right".
With only 3 months left in the year, now is the time my friends. Do what you need to do as now is the "ripe" time.
Set some goals this month and plan out how you would like to accomplish it. Always remember to be gentle with yourself.
