Day 35 of 2022- Friday's quote

 Robert Browning once said:

"Out of the wreck I rise".

Try to have faith and find hope when you feel like your can't. Do it because you love yourself . Don't stay down for to long but find a way, when you are ready, to rise. Ask yourself what is the alternative.
