Day 347 of 2022-Think about this

 “In this game, everyone needs a break to refuel, recharge, and jump back in full throttle.” – Helen Edwards.

Now is the time to think about just taking a break to refuel and recharge. You can think about jumping back into full throttle next year.

What does refueling and recharging look like for you? Write and reflect about it and then do it. Maybe its taking extra days off or completely unplugging. Its the small steps you take to take care of yourself.
