Day 339 of 2022-Spread your smile

 As we are into the final month and the end of the year celebrations, make a difference by starting small. How about just starting the week with smiling at yourself in the mirror first and then smiling at everyone else that you meet. 

Smile and never stop smiling at yourself or others.
