A great quote to keep in mind as you think about next year.

As you think about the next year coming up, think about where you are going. You certainly don't want any road or anyone or circumstance to determine that for you. You want to have a sense of direction. Its not to say that everything needs to be planned out now or figured out, its taking an eagle eye on things and then creating a map for 2023.
